As I understand it, there are six or seven episodes known to survive. The BFI has all of them, and thus far refuse to share with the rest of us. I'm not sure why they're so stingy with public domain TV shows. Digitize them and make them available to the public. They were meant to be watched, not kept in a box.
I'm hoping there are copies in the hands of private citizens, who can be induced or even seduced into sharing with the rest of the world.
